We have designed and developed economical and eco-friendly horizontal, tabular type HTTP yarn dyeing machine of capacity from 20 kgs up-to 240 Kgs/batch. These yarn dyeing machinery work on very low ratio from 1:3 to 1:5 depending on the nature of yarn and loading factor. Low liquor ratio results in proportionately large savings of water, heat energy, chemicals and effluent treatment cost besides savings in capital cost of water softening plant, boiler and effluent treatment plant. In a radio frequency heating/drying system, the RF generator creates an alternating electric field between two electrodes. The material to be heated / dried is conveyed between the electrodes, where an alternating energy field causes polar molecules in the material to continuously reorient them to face opposite electrodes much like the way bar magnets move to face opposite poles in an alternating magnetic field.
